Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the general handling of refund requests for eligible Matka USA digital services, wallet refill purchases, and other paid features.

Matka USA is for eligible users only. Availability may depend on legal age, location, identity verification, KYC/AML requirements, responsible gaming controls, and applicable law.

General Rule

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, whether the digital service or value has already been delivered or used, the payment method, applicable law, and any transaction-specific terms shown at purchase.


Requests We May Review

  • Duplicate charges for the same transaction.
  • An incorrect amount charged because of a verified processing error.
  • A paid digital item or service that was not delivered because of a confirmed technical or payment-processing failure.
  • Other cases where a refund is required by applicable consumer law or payment-network rules.

Normally Non-Refundable Items

Except where required by law, completed digital services, consumed or transferred digital value, wallet credits that have already been used, promotional value, bonuses, expired offers, and purchases made in violation of service rules are normally non-refundable.


How to Request a Refund

Contact support@matkajhatka.com with the account email, order or transaction reference, purchase date, amount, payment method, and a short explanation of the issue. Do not send passwords or full payment-card numbers.


Review and Verification

We may review account, transaction, payment-provider, delivery, usage, fraud, and security records before deciding a refund request. Additional verification may be required to protect the account and payment method.


Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where technically possible. Processing time is controlled partly by the payment provider or financial institution and may vary.


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact support promptly. Filing a chargeback does not guarantee a refund and may cause related account or transaction activity to be restricted while the dispute is reviewed.


Promotions and Bonuses

Refunding a qualifying purchase may cancel or reverse promotional credits, bonuses, discounts, or other benefits linked to that purchase where permitted by the applicable promotion terms and law.


Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
